What We Need From You

To deliver the highest quality service, we need the following information and resources from your team. Please provide details for each applicable area:

Service Agreement Terms

1. Contract Duration

Services may be managed month-to-month agreement between both parties.

2. Pricing Structure

Advertising: There are two cost classifications available in this business proposal: the one-time setup fee and the recurring monthly service fees.

Clients: Will have the right to discontinue services at any time.

3. Service Portfolio

Available Service Plans: Custom Plans, Jed Plans, Jettas Plans, and Micro Plans - all services require individual selection and payment as outlined in the service checklist.

No Included Services: All services must be specifically selected and financially compensated according to the agreed pricing structure. Each service selection will be documented in the subsequent service checklist.

Payment Terms

Payment Schedule:

  • If services are discontinued within the first month, a partial refund of up to 50% of the setup cost and implementation may be issued
  • If services are discontinued after the 1st month but passed, no refund will be provided

Monthly Service Fees: Net payable within 30 days. Past due accounts may be suspended after 15 days notice.

Payment Reminders: Payment reminders will be sent one week before and one day before the required payment time by noon on the due date. If payment is not received within 2 days after the due date, services will cease until payment has been fulfilled.

Full Payment Option: An alternative pricing structure is available for clients who prefer to purchase their selected plan in full upfront, with potential cost savings discussed during service selection.

Applicability

This contract applies to all business clients and covers all services, including Micro Plans, Custom Plans, Jed Plans, Jettas Plans, and any additional services or modifications agreed upon. All parties involved in this agreement will be recognized legally.

Responsibilities

JedJettas LLC Responsibilities:

  • Service Delivery: Deliver all contracted services within agreed timeframes and to specified quality standards
  • Data Security: Maintain strict confidentiality and security of all client information, business data, and proprietary materials
  • Communication: Provide regular progress reports, performance analytics, and proactive communication regarding project status
  • Technical Support: Ensure 24/7 system monitoring and technical support availability for all implemented solutions
  • Professional Standards: Adhere to industry best practices and maintain professional conduct in all business interactions
  • Documentation: Provide comprehensive documentation for all systems, processes, and solutions implemented
  • Training: Offer necessary training and knowledge transfer to ensure client team can effectively utilize implemented solutions
  • Performance Guarantees: Stand behind all work with performance guarantees and commitment to resolution of any issues
  • Compliance: Ensure all services comply with relevant industry regulations and legal requirements

Client Responsibilities:

  • Timely Information Provision: Provide all requested information, materials, and access within one (1) week of contract initiation and project commencement
  • Platform Access: Grant necessary access credentials and permissions to all relevant platforms, systems, and accounts as outlined in the "What We Need From You" section
  • Responsive Communication: Respond to requests, questions, and approval needs within 48 hours during business days to maintain project momentum
  • Payment Compliance: Ensure all payments are made according to the agreed schedule - setup fees within 30 days, monthly fees by the due date
  • Feedback and Approvals: Provide timely feedback, reviews, and approvals for deliverables to keep projects on schedule
  • Resource Allocation: Designate appropriate team members to serve as project contacts and decision-makers
  • Content Provision: Supply any required content, images, copy, or materials needed for implementation in a timely manner
  • Testing and Training Participation: Actively participate in system testing, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities
  • Service Modification Notice: Provide minimum one (1) week notice for any requested changes to services or contract terms
  • Compliance Cooperation: Cooperate with any compliance requirements or industry regulations that affect service delivery
  • Information Accuracy: Ensure all provided information is accurate and complete to enable effective service delivery
Important: Failure to provide requested information or access within the specified one-week timeframe may result in project delays and potential additional charges for extended project timelines.

Acknowledgment

Both the Client and JedJettas LLC acknowledge that all business processes, business deliverable services, business related decisions, and business outcomes align with the business contact person. This agreement ensures transparency, mutual accountability, and clear policies to maximize the return opportunity - Invent Your Future.
